युद्ध के परिप्रेक्ष्य में चीन

श्रीमान नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने  आज दिनांक 30/4/2020 को राष्ट्र को संबोधित करते हुए अनलॉक 2 का ऐलान किया। उस समय अगले 5 महिनों के लिए गरीब गरजमंदों के लिए सुविधाएं बढ़ाने का ऐलान किया। अंदेशा था कि उनके इस संबोधन में की और मुद्दे भी चर्चा में आएंगे लेकिन उन्होंने सबको आश्चर्यचकित करते हुए केवल 16 मिनट में भाषण समाप्त किया। जो आस लगाए बैठे थे कि तब से आगे कुछ अंतराल तक उठ बैठ दिन रात यहां वहां हर कहीं ताल बेताल गप्प लड़ने का सामान निकल आएगा और सरकार को घेरने की कोई जुगत ढूंढ ली जाएगी। मगर मोदीजी ने यहां भी विरोधियों को बिना हथियार उठाए, बिना धक्कमपेल किये ही परास्त कर दिया।
कल की तारीख में चायना के 59 ऐप्स बंद करवा कर अलबत्ता एक चपत चीन को जरूर लगाई है मगर व्यावहारिक तौर पर देखें तो इससे चीन सरकार कोई सबक लेंगी ऐसा प्रभाव इस निर्णय का होगा नहीं, वजह ये कि इससे चीन का बड़  भारी आर्थिक नुकसान होगा ऐसा नहीं है। वास्तव ये है कि चीनी वस्तुओं का,कच्चे सामान का भारतीय उत्पाद में काफी ज्यादा उपयोग किया जाता है। मुख्यत: ऐसा होता आया है क्यौं कि जागतिक खुली व्यापार व्यवस्था का प्रचलन इस तरह कामयाब रहा कि पूरे विश्व में मनचाहा व्यापार सहजता से होने लगा। लाजमी है कि भारत जैसे अन्य कितने ही देश चीनी वस्तुओं तथा कच्चे सामान की तरफ आकर्षित हुए। उन्हें अपनी उत्पाद कीमत वाजिब रखना आसान हुआ।
जिस वक्त वर्ल्ड ट्रेड आर्गनाइजेशन की स्थापना हुई तब किसी ने भी इस बात का आकलन नहीं किया था कि कभी ऐसा समय भी आएगा की इस निर्णय से चीन सुपर पॉवर बनने की होड़ में सबसे बड़ा प्रत्याशी बन कर उभरेगा। वर्ल्ड ट्रेड की मुक्त व्यवस्था से विकसित देशों को अधिक फायदा पहुंचाने की इच्छा रखकर ही उसका क्रियान्वयन किया गया। लेकिन परिणाम कुछ अलग ही निकल आया है और चीन और भारत दोनों ही एशियाई देश दुनिया के बाजार पर अधिपत्य स्थापित करने की संभावनाएं बनती गई।
भारत जो एक लोकतांत्रिक देश है और जहां की सरकार जनता को जवाब देने को बाध्य है वहां राजकीय व्यक्तियों को समग्र मूल्यांकन करके ही अपने कदम बढ़ाने होते हैं और उसी कारण भारत में प्रर्यावरण लक्षी विकास पर जोर दिया गया है। जबकि, दशकों भूखमरी और गरीबी से तंग चीन सरकार ने इसे अवसर मानकर अंधाधुंध उत्पादन पर जोर दिया। प्रदूषण के साथ चीन में औसत आरोग्य स्थिती चिंताजनक है, दुनिया ने इस बात की तस्दीक की है।
मानव संसाधन कम से कम दामों में उपलब्ध होने के कारण उनके उत्पादों की कीमतों की बराबरी करना दुनिया के किसी भी देश के बस में न था न है, अतः हर एक वस्तु चीन से आयात कर मुनाफा कमाने में ही व्यापारी गण मश्गुल रहा, बिना सोचे समझे कि कभी हमें आत्म निर्भर बनने की नौबत आएगी।
आज जब चीन आंखें दिखाने लगा तब सब की घोर निद्रा टूटी है और आनन फानन इंतजाम किए जा रहे हैं। मगरूर चीनी शियासतदान इस गलतफहमी में है की दुनिया उनके बग़ैर चल नहीं सकती। पर इतिहास गवाह है सदियों से ऐसा होता आया है कि कोई साम्राज्य विकसित होने पर अधिक शक्तिशाली बनने की महत्वाकांक्षा से मदांध होकर जहान पर कब्जा करने की कोशिश में उल्टे तहस नहस हो गये है।
अब बारी चीन की है, चंद छोटे देश को छोड़कर बाकी सारा विश्व आज चीन की मस्ती का हनन करने का मनसुबा पाले हुए हैं। दु:ख इस बात का है की कंज्युमर गुड्स बेचकर पैसा कमाने वाला चीन हकीकत को भुलाकर दुनिया से दुष्मनी करने पर आमादा है। अगर युद्ध हुआ तो चीन जो आज ही आर्थिक तंगी से जूझ रहा है पूरी तरह तबाह हो जाएगा और चीनी जनता जो बेचारी अभी अभी कुछ खुशनुमा जिंदगी का अनुभव करने लगी है फिर एक बार अव्यवस्था और गरीबी की गर्त में धकेल दी जाएगी।

The monster is still alive

In this recent past we have understood that in Kerala's Mallapuram some culprits have played mischief with a female elephant by feeding her 'explosives hidden in a pineapple'. This event is covered here in just two lines but, do we really think it is as simple as that?
I was and still am shocked since the moment I saw this on a social media tweet, initially thinking that the feed could be a fake but I saw a detailed report on Zee news, I could hardly resist myself from weaping out of anger. How can somebody who called himself a mankind can reach to such cruelty just for the sake of fun. In the animal's place if we put him or someone from his dearly and just pretend to injure him, could he be silent and see how it happens?
"The poor elephant fought for a week and succombed to death"..
The one more thing to notice in this case that nobody from rest of the people living in the surrounding jumped to see what's wrong with this nature's brilliant creature. Should we recognize all of them as inhuman, or neglegant enough not to have even for a second a thought to inform the respective authorities? Why they did not identify the man accused for this brutal act. He is a bloody murderer of not just the mother but of the unborned fetus too.
We must and essentially come forward to force Kerala government to rise from their deep asleep and take strong action against all of them who remained inactive and the culprit must be penalized until death for his crime. The world is watching us for all our acts and making their opinions about us. We are best known for Humanity, equality and Vishwa bandhutwa i.e. brotherhood with world.
De we really proove this in our life style? Let's be wise to our ancestors and culture.

Mamata and Bengal

It has been a matter of convern for the Indians as to what will be the future of Bengal following the unrest conditions every now and then. Before we reach to any conclusion or to go for any result, let us first take a look at the political journey of Present Bengal chief minister Ms Mamata Banarjee.
Not before many years, mamata banarjee was a prominent face of Indian National Congress and she has enjoyed lucrative positions while being there. She by virtue of being a good leader she thought she could lead the congress also, whereas she was denied and had to face hatredness for her will.
Contracting to that situation she decided to part away and established Trunamool congress in Bengal which is a huge success. But to conquer the congress leadership, she had to do a lot of compromises that have turned her to be unfaithful in the national cenario. To overcome this issue she run a campaign for gathering all the opposition leaders under one umbrella. Obviously the umbrella fell short to accomodate them all, and nothing could happen. Here I must mention they all have deep faith in remaining individual for their vested interests as they could be very well bargained by being so.
In these almost 20 years span Mamata could survive in Bengal because she had almost killed the opposition there. But she forgot the fundamental formula of democracy that there must be an opponent beside the ruling party. That keeps your organisation intact. When she found hereself unmatched in the province, she started roaring at the centre for anything she wanted to have.
In the year 1914< India has confronted a dramatic change in the politics finding Mr Modi has ruined the career of almost all opposition parties and the leaders, under that threat also Mamata could survive but, having a lots of undue adjustments there in Bengal. To protect her heirarchy she did not even cared her bonafide voters supporters those come from veteran societies.
Now is the situation that Bharatiya Janata Party has deepened her roots in this very land of patriot Hindus and stood incredible challang to Mamata:s crown. She of course is not able to digest this and is acting unjustifiably where she has been alleged by BJP that she is torturing their workers.
It is now important to see how the patriot Bengalis react to this situation that can affect them soon.
